Spring hangers perceive and transmit vertical loads from the wheels to the car body, reduce the dynamic level of activity while driving on rough roads, and provide the necessary smooth running of the car.

When complete and close to load it has a height similar serial springs, but a more rigid suspension, provides better stability and handling and greater power consumption. This is clearly seen on the characteristics of elasticity of the spring shown in Fig. 1.

For small deformations of rigidity close to the serial springs. Upon deformation of more than 100 mm spring stiffness progressively increases and exceeds the initial stiffness of 25 ... 30%.

The initial condition for the creation of progressive springs TM ASOMI was to provide production technology to higher material properties after quenching and tempering. As a result, spring TM "ASOMI" are made of high-quality rolled and subjected to special thermomechanical processing. Hardening of the material obtained as a result of this technology allows the spring at high voltages. Changes in track pitch selected so that precipitation does not occur even at full compression springs. Springs TM "ASOMI" have a special protective coating based on epoxy powder, the most resistant to shock and damage, which ensures a long service life of the springs.
